Welcome to spirit light. By accessing this website or booking a session with Alisha (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services
spirit light provides psychic readings, intuitive guidance, mediumship sessions, email readings, and spiritual support services. These Services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You must be 18 years or older to book unless a parent or guardian provides written consent.

2. Disclaimer – Nature of Readings
By booking a session, you acknowledge that all insights are based on intuition, energy, and spiritual connection. Information provided reflects possibilities and potentials only. We do not guarantee outcomes, and we do not predict death, diagnose health issues, provide legal outcomes, or offer financial forecasting. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a session.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend sessions in a respectful and safe manner, and refrain from abusive or inappropriate behaviour. You must not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol. You are responsible for seeking professional or emergency support when needed. We reserve the right to end a session or decline future services if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are in AUD. Cancellations made with more than 24–48 hours notice may be rescheduled or credited. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if services are not delivered with due care and skill. Refunds for completed sessions are generally not offered due to the experiential nature of spiritual readings unless required by law.

5. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South Australian and Australian law, spirit light is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, emotional distress, or consequences resulting from your use of our Services. No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are made regarding accuracy or outcomes.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy
Information shared in sessions is confidential except where disclosure is required by law (including risk of harm, court orders, or mandatory reporting). Please refer to our Privacy Policy below for further details.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, written readings, branding, session materials, and digital products are the intellectual property of spirit light. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any material without written permission.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction within these regions.
